Hall blast 2 HRs and 6 RBIs in Brewers win

billhall.jpg

It's amazing what one little change in a batter's swing can do. Much like a small adjustment a pitcher makes that suddenly can move him from effective to dominant, a subtle change in Bill Hall's swing allowed him to explode--2 HRs and 6 RBIs, to be exact. With that effort, the Brewers smoked the San Francisco Giants 13-4 at Miller Park.

Hall, who has had a penchant for being a very streaky player, had been reviewing his swing in the first games of the season on their trip back from Chicago. In discussing with his teammates, he made a slight change and boom--success. Prince Fielder also joined in on the fun, going 3 for 4, three runs and three RBI.

This has got to boost the Brewers' spirits, who didn't do much in their first trip to Wrigley. Perhaps if more players did what Hall did they would have the kind of game he did.
